Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During high-volume periods such as launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

We offer domestic & international shipping from Perth, Australia.

All packages include tracking.

Australia 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • North America & Europe: AU$32

Express International Shipping

Delivery Times (Estimates)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Jaylan Jewell is not responsible for delays once parcels are in transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@jaylanjewell.com.au . We will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post or DHL where applicable.

Jaylan Jewell is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
